Ribbon Cutting @ Hudson River Business Park Phase One

On September 2nd, the Development Authority of Banks County completed phase one of the Hudson River Business Park (HRBP).  JB Stevens Construction built the access road at the business park.  The access road opens-up twenty acres of the over forty-one acre park to be used for business recruitment.  The Development Authority hopes to attract a company to locate on this lot.  The road cost the county $83,919.  State funding came from the 2013 Local Maintenance and Improvements Grant from the Georgia Department of Transportation.  A ribbon cutting for Phase One of the Hudson River Business Park will take place on Tuesday, October 14th at 12:00 pm.
