KEEP BANKS COUNTY BEAUTIFUL'S 4TH ANNUAL SCARECROW SPOOKTACULAR IN HOMER
Come to Veteran's  Memorial Park in Downtown Homer and set up a scarecrow that represents your business, club, hobby or family.  All scarecrows must include recycled or reused items along with wood and straw. Get creative and have fun. You can use props such as bales of hay, chairs, farm equipment or other items that tie into your scarecrow’s theme. Feel free to put up a sign letting everyone know that this is your scarecrow.  Look for information on how to make a scarecrow online .  Prizes will be awarded for the most creative in each division.
